Inner Stillness Reflexology was established by Sarah Ellington in the Lewes area of East Sussex.

Sarah creates an atmosphere of relaxation and peace for all of her clients, offering bespoke reflexology sessions.  Sarah has been practicing reflexology for over 5 years and is passionate about helping others heal through holistic methods. Her services can provide a variety of benefits, including improved circulation, reduced stress, and increased relaxation all of which help the body to heal and come into a natural state of balance.

Sessions can be booked in Lewes and Seaford, East Sussex and both clinics are easily accessible by car and train.
